Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR Professional with potential tomove into management in a rapidly expanding and progressive organization. Thesuccessful candidate will receive management training & mentoring by anexperienced International HR Director and will work directly with Head officein Dublin, Ireland.

Job Purpose: To manage the Human Resources function and join the Seniormanagement team in running the Indian Operation.

Reporting to: Managing Director, Ireland.

KeyDuties & Responsibilities:

  • Managingthe Recruitment & Selection process

Provide end to end recruitment services including:

  • Identifying/responding to recruitment needs
  • Interviewingand selecting high quality professionals with a proven track record intechnology
  • Managingrecruitment administration and the recruitment database
  • Supporting theongoing development of the service and its supplier relationships.
  • Develop agraduate Recruitment process andco-ordinate an effective process withselected universities
  • Learning & Development
    • Ongoing support & delivery of induction programmes
    • Work with management to develop best in class learning & development initiatives
  • Performance Management
    • Work with management in delivering an effective performance management process from an organizational & employee perspective.
    • Ensure all 3, 6-month and annual reviews are conducted
  • Culture/Communications
    • Work withmanagement to enhance our communications on an ongoing basis
    • Provide aprofessional and responsive HR employee relations' advice and consultancyservice to managers and employees, ensuring adherence to best practice,legislation and company policies.
    • Contributetowards fostering a positive working environment to reflect the culture andstyle of the organisation
  • Administration

Support the set up and ongoing management of aneffective and efficient HR administrative infrastructure, including

    • Contracts of employment,
    • Reviewing, revising, preparing and implementingexisting and new HR policies and procedures
    • Responsibility for HR records, metrics andreports.
    • Implementing initiatives which will streamline HRsystems and minimize administrative processes while maintaining the requiredcontrols and records
  • HRProjects
    • Undertake bestpractice HR projects to support the ongoing development of the business
  • Provide ongoing day to day HR support to the organization.

Person Specification

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably specialising in HR. M.A./M.Sc. a plus
  • 4+ years work experience preferably in a growing and global technology company
  • Experience in managing people and teams and implementing HR projects to the highest international standards
  • Experienced at sourcing and hiring candidates from direct competitors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Project management skills
  • Proven organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Should possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and execution in a very fast-paced environment
  • Customer focused with strong commercial acumen
  • Working knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques
  • Strong English language (verbal and written) abilities
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Capable of working in an environment and open to diverse work culture and practices.
