I am K Manju Latha and I work as a Software Engineer at MerrionIT. I graduated with a BE in Computer Science from BITS, PIlani.
After my graduation, I joined a software technologies company in Bangalore and worked there for 10 months. As it was a new place to my family and they found it difficult to adjust, I started looking around for other options and found MerrionIT.
I chose it because it’s a small company where your work is recognized and appreciated. I wanted to participate in creating company success. Working at MerrionIT gives me more flexibility; you don’t feel the pressure at all. My work is very interesting and challenging at the same time. I would definitely recommend MerrionIT as it is a good platform for employees to develop skills and grow strong – both professionally and personally.

Hi, I am Shweta Patel. I completed my B.E., specializing in Electronics & Telecommunications. Just after my graduation I got married and joined MerrionIT with no experience of programming in .NET. At MerrionIT, the work culture is very cosy, encouraging and a very healthy environment which helps to bring out the creative side of oneself. It’s a perfect environment for anyone who is ambitious and has aspirations.

I joined MerrionIT after completing B.Tech. (MS in US) at Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technologies (GRIET).
I started here as a Trainee and got promoted to Software Engineering. I now work as a Senior Software Engineer.
When you visit this company the first thing I was attracted to was the working environment.
Working with all the guys is great fun; as some are clever , some are intellectual and some are hardworking and some are helpful.
It is a great place, where your boss guides you both in your career and at work . If you miss this then you have missed something.

I am Venkat, I graduated with a B.E. and started my career in “Moxie Solutions”, I worked there for a period of 1.9 years. After which I joined MIT. I like the environment at MIT particularly the sharing of knowledge with each other. We all think like friends including Kap and Sat, as Senior Management they also think like that. We share not only subjects around new technologies implemented but some funny things. I recommend MIT due to the opportunity to implement new technologies and the standards and the workflow we follow for the projects.

I am Kalpana. I did my Master’s in Computer Science (MCA) and joined MIT in August 2007 as an experienced professional Software Engineer. I started my career at AM Technologies (an Irish Based Company) as a Trainee, where I worked for 2 years.
Here in Hyderabad I joined MIT in August, the environment here is very good so here you can forget every tension and concentrate on your work and this is made possible by our management and every person here in MIT . We discuss the task in detail and if we have any issue regarding how to proceed we have a good team to help us in every aspect .Daily we learn many new things which gives me more interest to work and to know more . We plan things and then proceed which I feel is a good procedure. We complete tasks on time, a key factor in our success to-date.
Not only on subject issues do we have good interaction with our colleagues but every new thing we learn is shared among all of us. We have local intranet to communicate with one another. Basically it’s a friendly work environment. And I got to know many things. We go out for team Lunch - a good idea to encourage more openness.
I would recommend MIT as it has given me an opportunity to grow up professionally and we are encouraged to use new technologies so that we deliver the best in our projects.
