We have created a custom Project Management methodology.  This methodology, defined with the extensive use of software engineering tools, reduces the turnaround time of the development cycle.

Our project management practices ensure highest quality deliverables in line with ISO 9001 and CMM Level 5. A combination of onsite project management and offshore execution further ensures a successful transition in larger projects.

Fixed pricing

This model would be most suitable for projects with clearly outlined system requirements. The price is agreed at the beginning and the whole project is carried out within this billing outlines.

We offer fixed based pricing, thus minimising risk and do our utmost to deliver projects on-time and within the budget.

Resource Day Effort Pricing

In this model the cost depends on the timelines of the project and the resources engaged in its delivery.

Man-day Effort billing is predominantly utilized in for quite multifaceted projects where 3rd parties are involved and where there is a place for requirements and design changes during development.

Time and Material Billing

In this model the cost to the client is dependent on the total project implementation time.

Time and Material model suits the receptive development methodology and secure with flexibility in terms of developing the project.

Target based billing (Agile)

For clients who are concerned about the development of features and feel more comfortable with paying for results they can see. This is also called Agile Project Management although our interpretation of Agile Methodology includes developing short term specifications that act as guidelines for the technical teams.
