The Student Plus System comprises primarily of 4 sections. All the sections have an extensive reporting mechanism to pull out custom reports. This also acts as a complete, extensive MIS system.
Registration System: This allows users to register new students, process payments and subscriptions, update student, member and employer details, terminate and re-admit people, deal with students ready for professional membership and maintain any pre-defined fields.
Examination System: This allows users to enter students for exams, maintain exams, exam centers, subjects, optional subjects, deal with exam results, run statistical models and analysis, generate reports and maintain pre-defined fields.
The examination system also provides for the automation of complex grading and adjudication process of the institute by mapping such processes into a mathematical algorithm based on the various combinations of results possible and the scenarios encountered. Adjudication algorithms are integrated in the education system so that the result generation is automated.
Membership & CPD(Continuous Professional Development) Administration System: This section is used to manage and enter Members onto the various seminars, development courses that occur throughout the year. The system manages all aspects of attendance including the printing of attendance certificates. The Membership Module is fully integrated into all other areas of the system and so has all the associated functionality; for example Letters, Fees and Reports relating to members can be administered through the module. As with the Students section, all Member communication and issue tracking is logged and can be viewed and reported.
Accounting System: This section is used to manage the various lodgments received from the students and also assign the fee details to these lodgments.
Communication System: This section provides for an elaborate communication module that can be used to generate various communications to the students / members associated with an institute and also track the communications by maintaining a history attached to each. The Communication capability can also used to share reports. The module further helps in the generation of printed letters using standard templates as well as in the generation of emails that can be stored and reused. The module also has mail merge and label generation functionality.
